From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The facilities were top-notch: clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Whether we were relaxing in our villa, enjoying the scenic surroundings, or taking advantage of the amenities, everything was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. "Great for a night away. We have stayed in a couple of hotels in Paihia, but always come back to the Kingsgate Hotel. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We stayed in a king bed room which has a small seating area with a table and a couch. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Would recommend to couples or family’s. "

"Very clean, great views of the beach and a lovely cafe next door. Very close to Waitangi treaty house and Russell passenger ferry. We enjoyed our stay at the Sea spray suites. "
