"Amazing location! My family of four stayed for five nights, in a room with four beds. We went to universal studios two days, Osaka Castle, Dotonbori and then hung around our local area to shop and enjoy. The train station is a short walk. The restaurants on level 8 is amazing and not too expensive. There is an arcade for kids on level 5 (i think) and amazing shopping all around. Highly recommend! "

"It is a very satisfying hotel.Above all, the location couldn't be better. All transportation is convenient and airport limousines are available right in front of the hotel. The hotel is old but very clean. The bathroom amenities are of excellent quality and water pressure is very strong. It's a shame that the hotel will close next year. "we love this hotel because its old style and classic. everything works as it should but it needs redecoration however i like it very much as it is. rooms are very quiet and i love the space in the rooms. i struggle with Japanese hard mattresses so bring my own top up mattress then i have a lovely comfortable stay. we would love for this hotel to remain open and have a paint job done. its a lovely classic hotel.
