"After a warm and happy late check in, I wondered to my room to find a disaster unfold. As it was late at night I had no opportunity to leave as the staff leave at 1030pm Many windows have been left open and there were a number of mosquitoes in the room The towel rail fell off the wall as soon as I lifted a towel. Then I informed my towel to find dark stains all over it. There was blood over a number of pillows and sheets. The floor had not been cleaned properly and my feet were filthy within five minutes of having a shower. About 7 long hairs over the duvet and the sheets of the double bed. On a positive note, the room was very quiet and the shower powerful. The staff were all very nice. The hotel replaced the dirty towels and gave me some mosquito spray. I could not want to stay here again."

"The room was really clean, spacious and had lots of amenities. The bathroom was lovely and the bed was very comfy. The hotel is in a good location within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants"

"I can’t fault this hotel or the service. Loved everything. Beautiful hotel and such lovely staff. Nice pool area with either full sun or shaded areas around the pool. The rooms were really nice with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice and great quality. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It would be good if the hotel had a gym. "

"Location was good close to shops. Not near downtown need to uber to go places but the price was right. Room was fine could use some updating. No AC which is Africa. The safe didn’t work and even though I asked several times to have it repaired or switched out it wasn’t. Big disappointment. As ones belonging should be able to be kept safe. "
