"Great value helpful hard working staff, and a very hot and good Full English breakfast. The staff were very good , but I think if they had a hotel uniform, it would lift the hotel up a level."

"A great location just outside the town, The host's are brilliant with great communication, The Hotel is, quiet and very Good, Tea/coffee facilities in my room was lovely and my double bed was divine. I had the attic room but it didnt feel like a attic room."

"Return visit like the area about 20-25 mins walk downhill to Whitby harbour area. Bus stop by school or Sainsburys minutes away. Bedrooms clean and big for 2 people. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car parking free and if u forgot anything there is a sainsburys fee mins walk away Breakfast has various choices to suit different appetite too and family friendly. Would return again"
