"The property is in a wonderful location. The views are incredible. It is in walking distance to Rittenhouse Square and wonderful restaurants. It was also great that there is a parking lot available. There was only one staff member when we were checking in and there was an issue she was trying to resolve with a person ahead of us. She was going in and out of the backroom to ask questions. It took a long time to check in. However, the rooms were so well done that it was worth the wait! "

It's not just here, it's every hotel that uses them - technology has advanced and hotels should really upgrade."
