Engineer came to look at it and said it couldn’t be fixed. Was offered a standard room but this meant having to move all our cases etc. with no help offered. "

Only negative was how small the room was, we booked a classic room and since the rooms are most likely different shapes / sizes we were unfortunate to receive an awkward sized room in which it was difficult to just walk around the room without feeling like you were knocking into stuff "
