"Lovely stay, got there early but room not ready, but had full use of pool and spa which was fantastic. Still got room keys an hour early thanks to lovely staff. Room was immaculate and food in restaurant excellent if expensive. Only quibble no air con so room was very hot"

The room was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tea making facilities and Dove products in the bathroom. The excellent air conditioning was very much appreciated during the heatwave."

"The hotel was fabulous. We were immediately given an upgrade, as somone had been smoking in our allocated room. Biggest disappintment was that free hotel transfer to airport didnt start early enough for us, and wouldnt be running to bring to hotel , those on late flights. We ordered a taxi via hotel to take us to airport for early flight and taxi was 1/ 2 late. "

"Absolutely loved our stay when we visited for England v Jamaica game at King Power. Conveniently located for train station and stadium. Staff where so friendly. Room was so nice. Bathroom was amazing. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended 👌 "
