"We had a lovely, relaxing weekend stay at Forest of Arden Hotel and Spa. The hotel was clean, friendly staff, amazing facilities, including a jacuzzi pool, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed making the most of over the weekend. I highly recommend and am planning on coming back again soon. "

"Nice hotel, with plenty of free parking. Within walking distance of the NEC, BP Pulse Arena and Resort World and also the train station and airport. Room was nice, clean and spacious, complimentary toiletries and a very well stocked tea tray. Good Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. Nice bar and restaurant which was reasonably priced. Breakfast is buffet style and very well stocked. Food was beautiful. On site gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which is free to use for all hotel residents. All staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again."

"All was excellent.apart for the food service.first night we order a evening meal and waited 45 minutes for it and has for breakfast i at to wipe my table myself about we sat down for breakfast.i work as a unit manager in a kitchen.table should be clear and wiped at all time So unhappy with food service."

"I have become a recent convert to the Holiday Inn. The Birmingham Airport NEC is no exception. The hotel has well-equipped rooms with decent showers and good air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and there is no noise from the airport. There is plenty of parking, even arriving at 8pm. I was impressed with the lounge facilities that had a bar and TVs. The breakfast was good and the service exceptional (Nishu, Padma and colleagues)."
