"The property is lovely and in a great location next to the Luxembourg Gardens. The concierge/staff were most helpful with dining, transportation and suggestions about the neighborhood. I hope to return to this hotel."

"I was very disappointed in this property. We stayed for 5 nights and our average nightly rate was $479 and the property says it is a 4 Star property, so we were expecting a completely different experience! The room upholstrey was filthy and we had to ask the hotel to come clean it. They attempted to clean the couch but it was still stained after they cleaned it. They did not clean the ottoman which was also filthy. The general hallways in the hotel were also stained and filthy. When we...

"Hotel Pilgrim is in a fantastic location. We were very happy with how close it was to the Seine and other major attractions. "My husband, our two children, and I stayed in the family suite, and we absolutely loved it! The suite was spacious, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully! The staff was also fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Nice hotel...great location"

"What made it above and beyond was the staff. Absolutely wonderful"

"Tiny room but clean and nice. Historic building, great location. Breakfast overpriced."

"Complementary present was surprising. Good location and clean hotel."

"The room was very well designed, well appointed and simply lovely. The staff was gracious, helpful, responsive and accommodating. Loved my stay!"

"I arrived at 9am just expecting to drop my bag and they were able to check me in at 11am. The room was much bigger than expected and was meticulously cleaned. The bed was super soft and the shower head was amazing. The hotel is right next to the train for easy access and the staff was super nice and spoke English."
