"This is a really lovely villa to stay in when you need a relaxing time. Having a car is essential but it is 10 minutes to salobrena and 18 minutes to almunecar so was ideally located. The design of the property was gorgeous with almost every room having the most amazing sea views. Would definitely visit again!"

"I spent 2 weeks in Villa Mimosa with family. The house is great, it has 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, lots of outdoor spaces, a gym/ ping pong room downstairs, amazing views and a community swimming pool opposite the house. But the house needs a lot of maintenance - ceiling fans not working, air conditioning leaking, drawers that don´t close properly, the toilet downstairs cannot be used as it has a very strong smell and the door doesn´t work properly. The stairs going up to the house...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay here. All facilities good although we felt that the bathrooms were a little tired and could benefit from an update. Cracked tiles and faulty shower heads. Apart from that everything was lovely. The house is very spacious and the pool area with its magnificent views were wonderful and well equipped with sun beds and different seating areas. "We spent a wonderful ten days at the villa. Everyone really enjoyed it. The layout of the house was perfect for us and the cleanliness of the rooms was very good. We particularly liked the style of the furnishings and the attention to detail. Last but not least, the breathtaking view should be emphasised, which makes the place very special. "We had an amazing time at this villa. 13 family members travelled together. Antonio greeted us at the house, which we found to be very clean and tidy, and larger than we originally thought. We loved the cinema room when the evenings were a bit chilly, and the children especially loved the pool. There are two kitchens, all fitted out, dining room/living room and various outside places to sit. Antonio was always on hand if we had any questions/queries, and I would definitely recommend this villa....

"We loved staying in Villa Leticia, and it fitted well with my family of seven adults. This villa is by far the best standards we have rented, and between us we have over 100 years combined holiday villa experiences to compare. The Villa was so clean and it provided for everything, right down to detail such as two kitchens that had more than enough for us all to use for catering. The Pool, sun loungers and hot tub just delightful. The surrounding environment quiet and the views breathtaking....
