Located in the Lecrín Valley. 20 min from Grananda, 30 min from La Costa Tropical and 55 min from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

The house has on the ground floor a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

The second floor is divided into two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, a bathroom and terrace.

On the outside we find the porch, the garden, the pool next to it the Jacuzzi and a large terrace with barbecue.

After being in three overcrowded and tourist-choked cities in France (Paris) and Spain (Barcelona and Valencia), the “Venta del Alano” in Durcal (close to Granada) was an oasis in every way. First, the house sits at the edge of a very quiet small town a short distance from Granada. The house is extra spacious, with a big kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms (two with AC), two bathrooms (one is humungous), large landscaped patio, pool, wrap around terrace with patio furniture. Don’t be fooled by the rural aspect of the street as you enter, once you open the gates you are in paradise. Although a small town, it has supermarkets, bakeries, a few tapas/pintxos bars. The house is a block away from a gas station where the attendant pumps your gas (yes!) and a casual restaurant full of surprises. The host is an amicable dude ready to assist you anytime (he lives closely). In general, if you enjoy quiet and comfortable evenings after a day of fighting tourists in Granada or Malaga, this is the place.

Estuvimos muy muy a gusto en esta espectacular casa , el que este el césped separado de la zona de la piscina es sin duda un acierto para los que tenemos niños pequeños, la canasta de baloncesto , las rutas de senderismo ... simplemente espectacular

Lo mejor de la casa: El jardín y a piscina y la disponibilidad del dueño a la hora de solucionar problemas. Lo menos bueno: La casa está muy cerca de una carretera y se oye bastante el tráfico de los coches/motos, y la habitación de abajo no tiene aire acondicionado.

estancia perfecta, no salimos de la casa masque para lo imprescindible, todo perfecto, un ligero inconveniente con la electricidad, que el dueño nos soluciono lo mas rapido que pudo.
