"I stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast was good, friendly staff and a large clean room. Ideally located for the Newlyn School of Art where I was studying & fab having breakfast looking out to sea."
"Great position for the Scillonian the next morning
Very limited evening food menu. I had fish and chips but the mushy peas were so hot I burnt the roof of my mouth
Waitress was friendly but the room didn’t really have a sea view as advertised"
"Very friendly welcome, reception easily available, clean room and bathroom, fridge gets refilled and the personal contact was really charming.
Location in Carbis Bay is in walking distance from the beach, train station and supermarket."
"This was a pleasant stay with wonderful hosts.
The room was very cosy with a fascinating view to the Carbis Bay.
If you like an extraordinary experience I can recommend the Borthalan House to you.
Margaret and Martin, many thanks for a fantastic week at your house.
Kind Regards
Thomas & Melanie"
