"Room 107 had a musty odor, no water pressure, shower head didn't work properly, furniture scratched up and looked old, refrigerator was not mounted and was a struggle to get open. We didn't make a fuss about it because our stay was very short"

"Great looking property with excellent views. There were great staffs and not so great staffs. Beach and pool staff were excellent, horse keeping and our waiter at the property restaurant were not so good. We requested washcloths and never got them. Overall, lacked a bit of hospitality to be a 5 star experience."

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint was around uncertainty around the cleanliness of my room floors which felt a bit sticking. Beyond that, I highly recommend this hotel."
