"No problems, breakfast was a bit ‘limited ‘ not much left when I got there, otherwise nice bar adequate room and polite staff. Worked well "

"The gym was pretty basic but better than nothing . Dumbells upto 25kg. Two treadmills and a couple of stationary bikes. Also a couple of weight machines. Breakfast was good."

"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city centre and late ones back. I would stay here again, despite the negativees about the TV not working during my one night stay and having to park on gravel because all the proper parking spaces were taken. "

"Myself and my small team used this accommodation instead of a hotel. Great facilities, easy parking and good local shops. Overall made a busy week much more relaxing."
