Cons: The elevator to the parking garage was not working so finding our way up and out of the underground parking took a long time The hallways to the rooms are very narrow Door to room was not the most soundproofed and we could hear some of the louder guests in the halls Overall good value, would stay again when garage and elevator repairs are done"

"Be prepared for noise at night with the pub on one side and a frat house on the other. We were on the fourth floor and our room was nice. Note that there is no elevator. The desk people were very friendly and helpful."

Service was also very good; Liyan and Christian were friendly, approachable and attentive the entire night. We will definitely return when in Toronto! "
