"We really enjoyed our stay in the historic center of Tivoli with Regina B&B. Filipo was a great host and took good care of us. The accommodations are rustic but updated nicely. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop overlooking the square. It's nicely decorated and has a nice sun shield to mitigate the bright sun and offer shade. We enjoyed our morning tea and early evening wine up there listening to the sounds in the square below. The breakfasts were very tasty and served with cheer.There are only 3 rooms so it was nice to meet the other guests and enjoy the homey feel of the place. You should know that there is no nearby parking. You can pull up and drop off your bags, but you have to be rung into the main hall by Filipo (so coordinate by WhatsApp with him a specific time to arrive to be sure he can meet you). The rooms are 2 stories up by fairly narrow stairs. There are plenty of restaurants all over Tivoli, and the street right in front of the B&B leads down to several different price ranges. Our favorite was Sebilla. You need to make reservations in advance, but well worth the view and the very reasonable price for the views and quality food."

"We were just passing through the area for one night on a longer road trip. This place was great for our needs. We were able to walk into old-town Tivoli for a night out. It's walking distance to a lot of the archaeological sites Tivoli in known for. It was easy to get to the property, and there is onsite parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was also very good. "

"We stayed at the castle, and yes it is an amazing castle, for one night. Not far from Rome and an easy drive to the hotel. Free parking and very convenient. Maria messaged us before we got there and and met us at the hotel upon arrival. There was only ourselves and our friends who were staying the night. Crazy, entire castle to ourselves. Maria gave us a tour of the property and we were blown away. She also introduced us to the owners of the Pelk Restaurant, 100 feet away. Homemade food at affordable prices. They made us whatever we wanted. Recommend eating at the Pelk Restaurant. The room was amazing and gave us that castle feel. At 8 am the cook arrived and made us a perfect Italian breakfast. Definately book this hotel. Dont hesitate. Just book, perfect castle experience. "
