Summary:

Be Rude Not To is a modernised three bedroom, one bathroom home with an additional seperate toilet and vanity for the master bedroom. The house is situated in Lynmore just a short walk or ride to the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, and a number of shops and activities including Motion Entertainment at Lynmore Junction. The open plan layout lends itself well to relaxing and entertaining with a small deck off the living area. 

The Space:
Master Bedroom: Queen Bed with private toilet and vanity
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed
Bedroom Three: Bunk beds with additional single trundler bed (3 x single beds in total)

You will also have the use of the lockable shed in the back yard for bikes and toys.

Clean and tidy home

The house was very clean and tidy inside and in a reasonable location for doing things in Rotarua (we had a car so could drive into the town center for dinner as limited choice in walking distance). Located close to the Redwoods. Coffee available in walking distance at a local cafe.
