"We loved it here! It was the perfect spot to enjoy all that Lake Lucerne has to offer, with beautiful lake access and close enough to enjoy the energy and sights of the city. We didnt realize until half way through our stay we could ride the #24 bus for free (included with hotel reservation) into town and to the transportation museum. Definitely make sure you ask for the print out. The rooms are lovely, the food in the restaurant is DELICIOUS, especially the dinner. Everyone who worked there was so kind. There is even a trail to visit a beautiful non-touristy castle that has an adorable little cafe- must visit! They will tell you the way. Make dinner reservations for around 8 so you can watch the sunset! Gorgeous! "

From the moment we arrived, the warm and genuinely friendly staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Check-in was smooth, and they were always on hand with a smile, ready to assist with any request, making us feel valued guests rather than just another booking. The atmosphere throughout the Gasthof is one of comfort and genuine care. For families with small kids, the "Spielparadies" (play paradise) would be an absolute game-changer. The extensive outdoor playground, with its unique and beloved Liliput Railway are surely amazing . The indoor play area is also a fantastic bonus, ensuring fun even on a rainy day. The breakfast was one of the best in our entire Europe trip. Especially a lady staff with a very beautiful smile, greeted us with a genuine, warm smile and a cheerful "Good morning!" that instantly brightened our day.
