"Pretty loft space, very spacious and clean. The check in process is clunky. My only complaint was that the thermostat was set to automatically go back to 60 degrees after 2 hrs and so the loft was feeezing when I got back from work each day. Then I had to keep turning the heat up all night. I asked how to adjust it and they told me to take the cover off and use a paperclip to manually reset it….well it was already 9 pm and I didn’t have a paperclip. Also the hot water ran out of the shower both...

"Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great Midtown location with plenty of places to eat in the area and close to interstate. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning. We were told via text that it would be adjusted remotely. Asked again but did not get a message back until day of checkout First night we were ok because it was actually a cooler night. Nights 2 & 3 we opened the windows. "

"Very nice condo with responsive concierge in a great location. David was very helpful and communicative. I would recommend only coming and going during daylight hours though, as the crowds outside at night can be interesting characters. Neighbors can be noisy if you’re listening or have all the doors in the place open. I enjoyed it here overall and would recommend it to others. "

"Remarkable location and very cozy and convenient. Online states 2 bedroom and when you arrive it is one and the other is locked and you have to pay extra for the other bedroom. I could not get in touch with property owner until after the 6th attempt (@9:00pm). She was very pleasant and extremely understanding with the information I gave her and ultimately assisted with adding the second bedroom at no charge. Overall, Satisfied."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel while I visited for a concert (about a 5 min walk to State Farm arena). I felt completely safe! I arrived 30 minutes before check in and my room was ready already so we were let in. This was great as it gave us a chance to start getting ready and dine out before our event. We got a voucher for a free adult beverage each for my husband and myself and we really enjoyed that prior to our event. Checkout is at 12 so we didn’t feel rushed to wake up early and slept in....
