"Our family of 5 (3 young kids) arrived late. The first room they put us in had black mold coming from the AC vent and down a wall. The room they switched us too had large bed bugs crawling across the comforter and pillows. Absolutely disgusting. The third room we were moved too was clean and comfortable. However, the way they offered a brief apology, a shrug, and nothing more was very disappointing. Obviously not the hotel’s fault a previous guest brought in bed bugs, but for them to not spot...

"Most of the staff were pleasant.. I would like to emphasize that one staff member treated us really bad in a very impolite manner .. first I thought it was a language barrier but unfortunately it was a bad attitude. Asking if there was a concierge to help she was so unprofessional .. all her reactions were suspicious and inappropriate (CA*****) Asking for towels were a big deal Asking for help was impossible with her The rest of the staff was super helpful and amazing to deal with"

"What a gem of a find! Casa de l albada is a credit to Karen and Gabriella who provide the most peaceful and comfortable level of accommodation you could hope to find. We stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect from the amazing views to the beautifully prepared and tasty vegan breakfasts. Karen is such a wonderful host and we enjoyed chatting with her and the other guests over breakfast. Karen is so accommodating and shares her space with guests allowing use of kitchen and communal areas...

"pas de balcon mais vue sur la mer des 2 fenetres, climatisation impeccable, le personnel de la restauration était très à l'écoute , très aimable et très professionnel. Très compliqué pour décharger les bagages 1 seul emplacement toujours occupé, le parking est à 300 m de l'hotel. Logement très propre refait à neuf avec goût , mais manque de quoi étendre les serviettes de plage et maillots"

"Clean rooms, great air conditioning. Nice pool. Evening entertainment was fine. staff not very friendly, specially restaurant staff started fooling around with us when they ran out of cutlery during chaotic breakfast hour. Upon raising voice with couple of them they got it out from their stash they were sitting on. Not pleasant, felt racism at one point."
