"Staff was nice rooms we’re super outdated. We were missing a door to our closet. The bathroom wall was peeling off in the bedroom part. It looks like the trim had water damage and was coming up We didn’t get our amenity package until the day we were leaving, which was useless. The breakfast was good. The location is great all in all. It’s not a bad hotel rooms need to be updated completely."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was very well maintained, and our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Having a Starbucks right inside the hotel was also an added bonus and very convenient. The only downside was the parking. Unfortunately, there was no special parking rate or discount for hotel guests, which made parking more expensive than expected. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Stayed at the River hotel for a concert in Chicago. The property itself is in a perfect location for downtown scenery. The room was clean and offered great amenities. The staff was helpful and even explained some tips and tricks to get the uber faster and how to get to the stadium. Overall a great stay"
