"Clean. Basic. A bit dated. Feels kinda old. But worth it for the price. Not all light and outlets worked. As others stated, the wifi is a bit slow, but okay: around 7Mbps. For the price difference compared to other hotels around I'd definitely stay here again. Felt safe. No shady characters around that I noticed."

"My birthday weekend was wonderful at the Hyatt! Customer service was outstanding thanks to Vanetta (Vanessa) one of the supervisor for the front desk and Amari. They went over and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but the best. They also gave me a special birthday bag filled with goodies. A wonderful staff and the deserve the recognition.
