"The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Florence. The place is very nice, clean and the staff is great! The sites are all within walking distance."

"到着してからの対応は満足のいくものでした。ただ、宿泊日前に何度も依頼した手配については、結果として対応していただくことができませんでした。ホテルというよりも、バケーションレンタル的なものと考えると良いかと思います。"

"Muy comoda y amplia la habitacion"

"What a find in Florence! Converted residences into hotel style accommodations. Breakfast inclusion was a nice treat - rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a common sitting room to relax. "Great place. Hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly."

"I can’t remember her name but the lady at Check in was fantastic. She gave us suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We did what she said and it was awesome. Thank you!! The apartment also was perfect!!"

"This property was exceptional. Brilliant layout of rooms, meant we had a super relaxing time. All elements are of the highest quality, from the bed, to the shower to the comfy sofa. The nicest place we have stayed in."

"Amazing experience, everything was very close and the host are very respectful and responsive."

"Very good. Clean .good dtandard"

"Wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft, mitten im Zentrum. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn man nicht gut Treppen steigen kann, sollte man ein anderes Zimmer wählen. Der Treppenaufstieg ist steil und schmal. Immer wieder gerne wieder."

"Location was perfect for attractions"
