"The service was excellent and we felt welcomed. There’s a restaurants, bars and 2 pools which was so convenient. The property does need some upgrade and remodel though. The mattress is very stiff and I think the hotel should consider adding a microwave and Iron in the rooms. Overall it was a great safe stay with my family. I give it an easy 4.8/5. "

"This was a great spot to spend the night. Beds are very comfy, I didn’t want to get up from the bed. Bed sheets were clean and smelled clean. Rest of the room and restroom was clean. There seemed to be some confusion with Expedia and the hotel because only one room was showing up out of 2, but Expedia customer service was quick to reach out to hotel staff and worked it out. Staff was really nice and and was helpful throughout everything. There was a 30 dollar deposit fee. I would say I can trust...

"Everything was just about as expected from the listing. Staff was accommodating and kind. Only thing that wasn’t awesome was the private event going on with loud music until 3am making it extremely difficult to get any rest. Shout out to the security guard Margarito for helping us get a trustworthy taxi! "

"It was a 5 night stay, the first night there were a lot of drainage issues. We switched rooms on the second night and there we had no issues whatsoever. Everything was fine. Breakfast was good "
