"The property was just as beautiful in person as the online pictures that drew me in to book it originally. The house was FULLY stocked with plenty of everything—towels, beach towels, pool floats, games, technology, entertainment, kitchen, etc. I think there was truly one of every single kitchen appliance you could think of. It's evident that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into providing the best experience possible for all potential renters. We will recommend this property to all of our friends and are talking about when we will be able to return! We floated the San Marcos River one day using Don's Fish Camp for float rentals and transportation, which was about a 25-minute drive from the property. It was a great much needed relaxing vacation for our family."

"We went just before July 4. Lots of families with kids. Room was very nice. Enough to explore. Lazy river was great even though it closed on occasion with the weather (lightning). Food was great - just a little pricey. There are activities like kayaking and fishing but they will cost more to do. The game room was the only underwhelming piece with outdated games that required purchasing a game card so it was a skip. Got to see a few deer, woodpeckers and there is an area to pet goats and llamas. Def was worth the trip. The staff was super helpful and friendly. It was a lot larger resort than the pics make it out to be!"

"We spent our 21st wedding anniversary here and we ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!! From the great porches and outdoor spaces to the open floor plan of the house and how welcoming it was…IT WAS JUST PERFECT!!! Oh! And did I mention how dog friendly it was???? The hosts even had extraDog bowls, toys and poop bags for our furbabies!! We will 100% come back and highly recommend this place! Such a wonderful experience!!!!"
