"Check-in Experience: Mel was professional and very helpful. We checked in late (after 11pm) due to a delay on our flight, and he made sure he walked us to our apartment unit. He also made sure that we knew how to find our reservation. General Experience: Proximity to all the general sailing locations and (our favourite) Musée du Savon de Marseille was super close by. As well as Les Arcenaulx, which claims to be one of the best bouillabaisse in Marseille. The market across from Les Arcenaulx is also delicious. Our room was spacious and very clean. We also upgraded for some small adjustments before our arrival, and they were able to accommodate without any issues. The concierge also ensured to send an auto message 24-hours before arrival for the address and tips. We stayed at their apartments and they were super well maintained. It came with a full set of cooking utensils and tea, etc. Parking: The parking at D'Orves was less than a 5-minute walk away, we paid 18,20€ for the 24-hour period. It was worth it because the Vieux Port is very booked up during the month of June until August due to sailing season. Overall: A"

"Great Location, Easy to walk from Saint Charles. Staff were very friendly. Everything was nearby. Walking distance to the Old Port. All safe neighbourhood. Local fruits and veg market nearby. Apartment has everything you need. Kitchen and as fully equipped. Definitely recommended."

"I liked the ease of check-in; the staff were not intrusive in any way, but were always on hand if needed. I did not need any help until I was checking-out, when the reception staff kindly telephoned for a taxi for me to the airport. They even refunded my deposit, without even checking the room! The cleaner had not even been in since 4 days previously! (as agreed.)."
