"I just wanted to share my appreciation to both staff manager and hotels.com colleagues for listening to my request for a bath and due to me going through the worst 2 weeks of my life, tackling landlords and letting agency’s with countless housing incidents and not having support. This upgrade on the suite room really left me so overwhelmed and I cried with happy tears. To feel so supported like that really made my stay so enjoyable. The bath and the room was amazing. The staff were kind and considerate giving the fact I had work in the hospital the next day. The bed was perfect and to top things off the view, iron, ironing board for my uniform and general peace was so much needed. I cannot thank you all enough and I would recommend this hotel to anyone! PS just a little tip get a window cleaner to clean the moss round the edge of the outside interior and maybe a touch of paint! Other than that the hotel is lovely! "

"The room was clean, beds very comfortable and the staff were friendly, breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast we’ve had. Although we would stay here in future we won’t be paying for the breakfast. "

"Fantastic location, huge spacious apartment with everything you need. Staff were lovely, only reasons it lost a star was because we were left waiting 45 mins after check in time for the rooms to be ready for us and we were supposed to be meeting friends and ended up late. Beds were also a bit hard but thats my personal preference. "
