Every staff member we encountered were incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. This resort felt like a home away from home, but with the luxury of ocean views and resort-level service. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to friends and family. We had traveled ALL DAY, all we wanted to do was get to the room, and unwind, when we got there our room was clean and ready, and we still had a couple of hours to enjoy the pool.
