"This was a very unique experience. The lodging was a shipping container and we went to sleep to the sound of coqui frogs and woke up to roosters crowing. The hosts were so personable and the breakfast was amazing, probably the best we had during our entire visit to the island. They have a friendly, but excitable dog. "The Vieques Guesthouse was an excellent choice for my stay in Vieques. The service is wonderful, the rooms are super clean and very comfortable, and have everything you need. There is an incredible balcony and terrace with an excellent ocean view. It is very safe, peaceful, and quiet, with a variety of restaurants nearby. Amanda (the owner) is very kind, pleasant, and very concerned about our well-being. She also helped us a lot by explaining in detail each of the places we could visit. She is THE BEST! It is simply a perfect place!"
