"i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...

"The apartment is very clean, with all listed amenities. The host is responsive and attentive. The location is superb, 2 blocks from Times Square. Ron’s of restaurants in Hell’s Kitchen area , all short walking distance. Highly recommend "

"We enjoyed our time and this property was very close to subways and Central Park! We were a family of 7 and we fit fine! The bathroom seemed a little dirty on the floor upon arrival and found a few hairs around the bathroom. Other than that it was a great spot! We would stay here again! "

"Unclean, got an offer to change property to another location, for which received only 1 picture. Door looked like someone had tried to break into the house. Received instructions to not to talk to anyone or open the door if someone knocked. Closets with trash, dust on fans, hair on bed, no soap. Key in a keylock across the road - with more than 1 keylock so was a trial and error. Not in their control but along 2nd Ave - so truck traffic till late in the night. Can hear everything - people...

"The apartment was a charming two-bedroom unit typical of the Upper West Side in New York. Its location was conveniently close to all the attractions we intended to visit, and the subway station was just three blocks away, providing easy access to Brooklyn, Princeton, and the rest of the boroughs. I would highly recommend this stay—it was peaceful and, for lack of a better term, very inviting. My teenagers, who are all over 6’2”, found it to be quite comfortable as well."

"This place was wonderful. Pictures are exact to the property! Location is spot on! There is a Starbucks and Trader Joes right around the corner, making for easy quick meals and mornings. Check-in was supereasy and the hosts were great communicators and prompt in addressing all of my questions. Would love to stay her again during my next visit to NYC!!!"

"We chose this spot to give us a good central location between work and fun. This spot is perfect...far enough away from the tourist area of times square, with still enough variety of dining and entertainment options within easy walking "

"My son and I went to NYC for Spring Break. This apartment is walking distance to Columbus Circle, which makes it easy to get around. Food and groceries are also within walking distance. I really enjoyed the backyard space. Check in was tricky because we flew in and did not arrive until after 5pm."
