"Great find. A very reasonably priced guest house. Easy and private access to the guest bedrooms using a code key. The bedroom and separate private bathroom were lovely and clean and very light and airy. I’ve got to say the bedding felt beautiful. Breakfast was basic but was included in the price we paid. A croissant and jam or marmalade which was left for us in the room. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were also provided and replaced as necessary. There was also a little outdoor seating space which was very nice to use on a sunny evening. Plenty of information was provided about bus routes and the surrounding areas. "

"The property is in a run down area. The outside of the property looked old and run down. HOWEVER, the staff were amazing. The property was very clean and spacious. Parking was limited"

"Please don't go by the pictures, they are just of the bedroom and kitchen. The rest is like living in the roughest neighborhoods of Uk. There's dirty nappies, old carpets, rubbish & mattresses, all across the street. Most of the properties there are boarded up. There's NO parking. The property management didn't have our place ready until 7pm on the day of arrival. We had to sit in our car to wait for them. We had driven 6 hours, from the south. It was raining and we were tried. When we got in, there were lots of issues with the property. When you call the number there was no answer, you get an automated response saying, we know you called us, we'll be in touch soon. THEY DON'T COME BACK TO YOU. I managed to get hold of them through expedia and the lady was very rude to me. Please don't bother to book this place. You'll have to park lots of streets away to avoid permit parking areas. We had booked for 6 people, so we had 2 cars. This area is NOT SAFE for women. Don't walk down those streets alone. I really wish i could share picture that i took of the property. It's like a horror story! "

"The staff were all wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The lady who was on the night time reception was just amazing! Because of the staff, I would book again. Yes, the hotel badly needs refurbished, but renovations were being done. I look forward to seeing the place when they are completed. Breakfast was good. "

"Great hotel, we had amazing time with our sausage dog , very friendly staff! Great food, good location, clean room and bathroom, fantastic breakfast, matteracce a bit hard and bed quite small, tv needs upgrade we are wearing glasses couldn’t see properly tv too small! Shaun and Brown hair receptionist working super hard and long hours they should get some bonus for great customer service! Good value for money! Highly recommended, definitely come back! "
