"Beautiful building in a quiet location. The staff were very helpful especially the receptionist Natalie who was very understanding over my predicament of maybe needing a room if my Dad was released from hospital late that same day. Good breakfast. Fan in room which I used as it was warm. "

Shower was lovely and aircon in the room was definitely a huge plus point. Friendly service and food was good at breakfast too. Room and bathroom was cleaned to a high standard. "This hotel is as wonderful as they say. Absolutely beautiful. The restaurant is delicious and has the best coffee. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough good. We stayed here for 1 night, pre cruise out of Southampton. It was only a 30 minute taxi ride to port. Romsey is a small (1,000 people) town, the prettiest little English town you'll ever see. I wish we could have stayed longer. Not touristy and easy to navigate. One of those "out of the way" " off the beaten path" places I love to find. We are from Canada and I found this place on Expedia. You will not be disappointed. It's fabulous. "
