"This is a really well run hotel. We had a large room with a super king sized bed. I asked for a softer pillow and housekeeping delivered one within minutes of asking. The pool is only small but it has a great jacuzzi (lovely and hot which often isn’t the case), sauna and steam room. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Obviously it’s not in a beautiful setting as it’s right in the junction of the A12 and M25 but it is a little haven of loveliness."

"Stayed 2 nights, staff were very friendly upon check in. Room was small, clean, but bathroom sink and shower did not function very well. Had breakfast at the hotel 1 morning, which wasn't a good experience. Most items were not available and had to wait along time, I do not recommend the breakfast. Overall I would stay again since its very conveniently located close to Romford Town Center."
