The assistance of the landlord of the appartment was absolut perfect. It is near the railway station Statione Termini and you can get there quite easily with bus #71. The rooms were clean and everything in the bathroom for a first start of the holiday was available. The only disadvantage is the noise by the garbage collectors when emptying the glass containers or the traffic driving on the cobblestones. But using earplugs can solve this problem. There are a lof of small bakeries, shopping stores and restaurants nearby. So finally I can recommend this appartment.

We’re sharing this feedback to give future guests a realistic impression and to help the host see where improvements could make a real difference.Check-in was easy, and communication with the host via WhatsApp was smooth and friendly. The apartment was spacious and had potential, but overall our experience did not quite match our expectations. We were a family of four with high hopes after reading many positive reviews, although some were quite old (from 2018).The apartment appeared worn and outdated. The walls were very dirty with black marks everywhere, and the interior seemed thrown together without any sense of style. The pictures above the bed were hanging crooked, and overall the apartment lacked a cozy atmosphere.There was a constant dripping sound outside the first bedroom, and the noise level from other apartments was very high. We could hear residents late at night, loud baby crying, and dogs barking.We didn’t sleep well in the beds and woke up feeling stiff and sore the next morning.The location description in the listing was also inaccurate, which is important information for families. It stated 4 minutes by car to the Colosseum, but it actually takes 13 minutes with no traffic (32 minutes on foot). To the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, it takes 17 minutes by car (42 minutes on foot), not 5 minutes as indicated.Overall, the apartment felt outdated, lacked a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, and was a bit overpriced for its location and condition.

Life time visit to Rome

It is not easy finding a property that will handle 4 adults. It was neat an clean. We did take taxis to some locations because it ws hot an we didnt want to be all sweaty getting back to vbro or to the sites. We enjoyed ourselves.

Great stay overall

Conveniently located near the Termini and close to bus stops and Metro. Owner very responsive throughout stay when there was a question or concern. Neighbourhood relatively safe. Area restaurants better than some in Rome tourist area.

Nice Stay just outside the wall

The place was as advertised. Just outside the Aurelian Wall, it was about a half hour walk to the Colosseum or to the historic center with the Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, etc. The neighborhood looks a little rough, but it is a fun, vibrant area. We would be happy to stay there again.

Notre hotesse Fabianna était aux petits soins avant notre arrivée, grâce à whatapp, le jour même avec dans cet appartement très propre, de quoi diner et petit déjeuner, et après pour le check out ! Bref passage à Rome réussi, et clim très appréciable en plein mois d'aout !

El apartamento es escepcional , muy bonito y muy muy limpio, la recepcion muy buena y la atencion de Armando espectacular , muy buenos detalles , una zona bastante tranquila , se duerme bien sin ruidos , si tubiera que poner alguna pega , que esta algo retirado del centro pero permite ir andando a todos sitios aunque esta bien comunicado , muchos restaurantes y zonas donde poder estar , no se estraña el centro , hay de todo en la zona , sin duda lo recomendaria , de hecho lo recomendare a quien quiera ir a Roma .

Clean apartment, a lot of restaurants, great location

We had a lovely trip to Rome with my family. Our stay at Romeo's was overall wonderful, the apartment was very nice and clean, constantly checking up on us whether we needed anything, several restaurants around to go out and eat, very central close to Termini station. If we ever go back to Rome we would be more than happy to stay at Romeo's property again

Nice, clean and spacious apartment

Apartment was very nice and spacious. Aldo was a very gracious host, had a welcome box for us with food and drinks. AC worked great. Neighborhood felt safe. Lots of good, reasonably priced restaurants in area. Location was slightly far to get to attractions but can get to transit easily within 15-20 mins walk.

Ein Traum in Rom

Die Wohnung befand sich im ersten Stock. Schon im Treppenhaus duftete es nach frischer Reinigung. Sobald man die Wohnungtür betritt fühlt man sich Zuhause. Eine Knapp 60qm Wohnung mit allem Konfort. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es mangelt an nichts. Wir hatten uns 2 Flaschen Wein bestellt und Sekt, alles war da. Zucker Salz, Geschirr Spülmaschinen und Tabs. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine in der Waschküche die wir nicht gebraucht haben, man fühlt sich wie Zuhause von mir bekommt die Wohnung 10 von 10 Punkten. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Sehr sauber, alles neu gemacht. Es ist alles vorhanden, Föhn, Kaffeemaschine ein großer TV leider ohne deutsche Sender dafür Netflix, hier müsste der Vermieter prüfen ob man für die Deutschen nicht doch eine Möglichkeit schafft die deutschen privaten Sender zu empfangen. Das ist ein kleines Manko welches wir mit streamen mit einem Laptop ausgeglichen haben, HDMI Kabel nicht vergessen fürden Laptop falls das jemand nachmacht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Sehr ruhige Lage man kann sehr gut entspannen. Gute Verbindung zum Bus oder Tram. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf den romantischen Innenhof. Ich würde diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. 50m entfernt gibt es ein sehr gutes Esslokal "La Mucca Bischera" was nicht nur eine sehr gute Küche hat sondern auch preiswert ist. Auch haben wir ganz in der Nähe eine urige Studenten-Kneipe "Bar dei Brutti " gefunden. Da waren die Preis sensationell, muss man einfach gesehen haben. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof spürt man nicht und man hört auch nichts von den Zügen. In der Nähe gibt es einige Supermärkte, wir haben immer im "Todis eingekauft" Alles sehr frisch und günstig. Das Studentenviertel ist im Allgemeinen sehr günstig. Die Stadt Rom ist ein Museum und einfach sehenswert. Die Menschen dort sind außergewöhnlich freundlich. Ich stehe jetzt noch nach den Ferien mit dem Vermieter in Kontakt. Eine außergewöhnlich nette Familie Welche Wohnungen mit Charme anbietet . Ich kann diesen Kontakt nur weiterempfehlen. Alles in allem war es ein Glücksgriff diese Wohnung zu bekommen. Ich komme wieder und freue mich auf das nächste Mal wieder in diesem wunderschönen Ambiente. Danke für die freundliche Aufnahme. Ich kann diese Wohnung mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Very clean, kettle and toaster would have been nice. Needs to replace chipped coffee mug. Way too far away from central Rome. Would pay more to be closer to transportation. We wasted 40 min per day walking back and forth to apartment. Armondo a wonderful host.

Nice appartments (we had to move) and an excellent host (Armando), but problems with FeWo-direkt

Nice and clean appartments with all you need and some extras. Some restrictions to the additional beds and the shower (unstable warm water). Very charming neighborhood with authentic restaurants and bars. A bit away from public transportation. Our host (Armando) does an excellent job, also for the change of appartment we had to do in the middle of the week (was transparent before we booked). The booking process for this appartment (through FeWo-direkt) works well when you don't have any issue, but is horrible in case you need to communicate with them (almost impossible to find phone numbers, no responsibility) and the worst is the unfair booking process: Your credt card is charged already with the botton "Buchungsanfrage" = Inquiry for a booking and then FeWo-direkt doesn't help.

Appartement de charme avec plafonds en voûte, refait à neuf et parfaitement équipé. Petit bémol, le quartier San Lorenzo est excentré et mal desservi par les transports en commun. Ambiance bohème étudiante, nombreux bars et restaurants. Bon rapport qualité /prix si vous avez de bonnes jambes .

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! We were met by Armando with a welcome package consisting of various items to get us started. This was extremely important due to the fact that it was late and we were tired from our trip. Armando was nothing but outstanding on how he looked after us. From booking us transportation from and to the airport and other locations, to giving us information on what to see, information about trains and buses, etc. He was always ready and willing to help and following up with us to ensure we were well looked after. There are no words to thank him enough for what he did for us. If back in Rome, this will be my number one choice of a place to stay. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

Great flat; very kind hosts, lively central neighbourhood.

Lovely flat. Aldo very helpful and kind. Central area of Rome. Lots of life and restaurants in San Lorenzo. Would possibly suit younger couples than ourselves as an area. Central and handy for all facilities. Initial impression of area was a bit intimidating due to masses of graffiti and poor state of roads and pavements. Once we got over this, the neighbourhood grew on us. We liked the liveliness of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby.

Property was clean, Netflix on smart tv was a nice bonus. Property easy to access via public transport to and from major sites of Rome. If looking for something cheaper than downtown, I would recommend. Neighborhood isn't as nice as downtown, but still felt safe and convenient. Property manager was also extremely helpful, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything.

Eine schöne Wohnung, viel Platz für 5 Personen

Insgesamt eine tolles Apartment, nettes Persinal, sehr hilfsbereit. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nur ca. 25-20 Minuten vom Colloseum entfernt, direkt in der Stadr Nähe...theoretisch alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hat uns super gefallen. Noch mal ganz lieben Dank an die Vermieter!

Dejlig, velindrettede lejlighed med aircondition tæt på banegården.

Dejlig kølig lejlighed, med store lyse rum. Udlejeren var særdeles hjælpsom både med transport til og fra lufthavnen og med check ind hvor vi fik lov at checke ind tidligt. Der var også en lille velkomstgave med italienske specialiteter til os.
