  • Elegant 90sqm apartment located in Monteverde, one of the most central areas of Rome and close to Trastevere. Within walking distance are Villa Pamphili and the Gianicolo. The apartment, newly renovated, has been furnished with great care. Located on the third floor with elevator, the accommodation boasts a large living room with open kitchen and small terrace, two spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom with balcony. Excellently connected, from the apartment there are several options for moving to the center of Rome by public transportation. Just 2 minutes away is Quattro Venti Station, and one stop (just 3 minutes) takes you to St. Peter's Station. Otherwise, a 10-minute walk away is the possibility to take streetcar 8 and get to Piazza Venezia in 20 minutes, passing through the Trastevere area.
