Every step you take there is someone there helping you from booking a taxis, booking tours, making you feel welcome and relaxed. Everything about the hotel was just what we needed after a day touring Rome. The hotel gave us down time and the pool was very much part of our daily routine to cool off and chill. Thank you"

"The hotel is located at a very convenient location with a minimart nearby. The courtyard was very pretty and we enjoyed a takeaway meal there. The staff were also very friendly and polite. The only negative thing is that the shower head in the room is fixed and cannot be adjusted or moved round much. Bed was very comfortable but the noise from the Ponte Sisto bridge might be loud for some. There is also a lift in the hotel which is definitely a plus. "First the positives: Location - superb and close to decent restaurants. The hotel bar - expensive! But superb cocktails, quiet, exclusive and felt like a high-end members' club. The concierge - friendly, helpful and exactly what you'd expect. Quiet location, despite being a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. But.... The rooms are spacious, but sparse. They feel like a 3* room. The plumbing is old, so the shower never got very hot and took FOREVER to get warm. Bathroom amenities were basic...
