From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast – a delicious spread with plenty of variety, including both local and international options. The restaurant staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, Sheraton exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Marco for his exceptional customer service also Lorena and reception staff were wonderful I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again on my next trip."

"Gorgeous property, exactly what I’d imagine Italy to feel like. I wish the services were explained a little better for the wellness farm, at least at check in, we weren’t told you couldn’t use the pools etc without paying so we were a little confused when we were asked not to walk the property but that was my only complaint.
