"We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. "The overall experience was great. Pierpaolo was really helpful ahead of and during our stay and went out of his way to help us. The house was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and the kids loved the pool. It took only an hour to get in to central Rome from a nearby train station and lots of lovely restaurants available."

"I booked this property for a weekend in October 2024 for 14 adults for my birthday celebration. The host arrived at check-in time and gave us an introduction and tour, and made sure we were able to contact him. The house is as advertised in the photos and description. We had a few small issues which were resolved by the host. The location is good, but be prepared to walk as nothing is real close, and it's on the top of a hill. "+ nice balcony with a nice view - extremely loud host (dog, vacuming at 6am / 11pm) - worst location with no efficient public transport / almost impossible to go by car due to small roads - no real communication on the part of the host - almost no kitchen supplies - nothing in bathroom is working properly - very secluded —> no shops, restaurants, etc. nearby - no appropriate coffee machine as written in the description"
