"Pros: 1. Staff helpful and kind 2. Hotel accommodating with late check-in and out due to flight delays 3. All meals were delicious 4.Enjoyed the balcony suite with pyramid views Cons: 1.Some items on menu were not available 2. The tub is a beautiful addition to have in the suite, but the water only gets lukewarm, not hot at all like the shower in the bathroom. After an all day safari, I wanted to soak my muscles, but could not take a bath as the water would be cold, by the time it would be...

"Good"

"They were short staffed currently but everyone who was there did their best to make our stay a pleasant one! The receptionist Yasir, the chef Hussein and Nymra a server were excellent in their service."

"Food acceptable. People work there are nice. Except one receptionist and general manager. He is thieves. Offer me round in pyramids cost 800 pound. While it cost in real 200 pound. Also we paid 50 dollars for one night. When we arrived we found no window in the room. And you have to pay another 50 dollars to have room with view on pyramids. "

"Rooms were good for the price paid, checking was quick, very nice & helpful people. Only drawback was Expedia on website states free transportation to & from airport but the hotel provides only one way free and charges $25 for return which actually covers the cost of both ways, so it’s not free. But besides this everything is good about this hotel. It’s right across from pyramids so the view is top good. Hospitality is superb."

"Roof bellissimo"

"Room was updated very nicely comfy and clean.Great roof top view. Big shout out to Ali and Ahmed and Karem."

Totalmente recomendado."

"Our stay was exceptional. Abdo was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were safe and happy. He took us to some great places for shopping and suggested great ways to spend our time in Cairo. Breakfast was phenomenal and the room was modern and clean. I totally recommend it."
