"What one would expect from a 5 star hotel - spacious rooms, attentive staff, excellent food and restaurant choices. Enjoyed the breakfast as there were a variety of food choices. While we did not face the Nile or street view, we faced toward the museum. The sound from outside below (wedding and entertainment patio) carried to the 11th floor so if you are not a sound sleeper, suggest bringing ear plugs or don’t go to bed before 10 pm!"

"From check in to check out Sama hotel sherif bash was awesome. Staff arranged for an airport pickup and helped with our luggage up to our rooms. They were clean and had enough space for our belongings. The bathrooms were clean and the shower got hot. The staff continually checked in on our needs and offered various amenities. I could not recommend this hotel enough. I felt safe and comfortable for my entire stay. They also offered free breakfast but unfortunately we were not around for it."

"This was a great place to stay. Location is not great but the staff and the rooms were awesome. Great little breakfast area with view of the Pyramids. Good security and we're super helpful. 1st floor with rooms was 3 flights up and that was the only negative of this place."

"Great hotel - just as well as Cairo was a big disappointment! We booked the opera suite which was exceptionally good value. The club room was fantastic for evening drinks/nibbles and for breakfast. The staff at the hotel were fantastic - from checking in to the staff at the clubroom. Would recommend"

"One of the good thing in this hotel is you will never get hungry. Free snacks and beverages are always served most of the time. Although the room is not so perfect, 'coz we're not lucky to reserve a room facing the pyramids, but you can always see the panoramic view at the roof top terrace anytime. And with regards to staff's customer service, the only word I can say is "bravo""

"Very good. Reception was a little slow and what would normally be a minor issue re room upgrade was more challenging than elsewhere. On the plus side, the shower was fantastic, house keeping excellent, concierge terrific, restaurants very good, breakfast good. The important question would I recommend the Four Seasonns, the answer is yes"
