The Palace Pyramids inn

"This beautiful boutique hotel is nestled at the foot of the Giza pyramid plateau providing a gorgeous view of the pyramids from the rooftop terrace as well as a room with the view. The charming and peaceful atmosphere coupled by the proprietor Mr.Ahmed and his staff provided a gracious and hospitable stay. They went above and beyond to provide unparalleled service making sure to really personalize my stay. This included a dance party on the morning of my birthday with the staff members on the terrace, afternoon conversations while viewing a gorgeous sunset, also rooftop ( the sofa was my favorite spot) In addition I met a business man from Dubai in the lobby who stays there every time he comes to Giza weather business or vacation. With many options in the city that’s quite the compliment. I recommend this little jewel of a hotel it’s a must stay while visiting Cairo."

"I couldn’t fault this hotel—it was absolutely amazing. I stayed here with my family for five nights, and we were all so happy with how clean the hotel and our room were every day. The staff are what make this hotel truly incredible. They go above and beyond to make your stay feel special and memorable. A very special mention must go to Nijar. From the moment we arrived and were checking in, she went above and beyond to make my children feel special. She gave them each a teddy bear, which they took everywhere with them during our trip to Cairo. One day, when we returned to the hotel, she had even made them a personalised book about their teddy bears, complete with pictures. We were absolutely overwhelmed with happiness and joy. Nijar’s kindness and thoughtfulness made such a lasting impression on our family. I honestly don’t think we will ever forget how special she made our children feel. If you’re looking for somewhere truly special to stay, I would highly recommend the Four Seasons. We had an unforgettable experience and would happily return."

"The hotel is a small old hotel. Service from the Staff at the Main Desk is outstanding, however the property needs better maintenance. The view to the Pyramids from the Restaurant is extraordinary !!!"

"Fantastic views from the hotel. Staff were excellent. Few issues with the general build quality of some of the features. WiFi a bit hit and miss but on the whole for what we payed the view of the pyramids from the top floor was more than enough."

"The stay was wonderful overall. The manager at breakfast was excellent, as was the maître d’, and the staff were generally outstanding, with just one exception. The manager in particular was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. I really enjoyed the property, especially as I was there for work. The amenities were lovely, although I felt the swimming pool was too small, while the gym, located in an adjacent building, was perhaps too large. In a way, this takes away slightly from the sense of exclusivity that the property otherwise offers. Arcan Plaza was excellent. The hairdresser was amazing, and the Lebanese restaurant was absolutely brilliant. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If you are visiting for a holiday and are particularly looking forward to spending time by a pool, this may not be the ideal choice. However, if you are travelling for work, I think it is a perfect fit."
