"We felt very welcome from arrival till departure. Good location, cheap parking nearby, decent breakfast to start your day. Keep in mind that the rooms are not air contained and not all windows can be opened. Ask for a fan of necessary."

"An amazing renovated farmhouse with Nicky and Kevin as charming helpful hosts in the lovely village of Samford Courtney. Clean comfortable bedroom with en-suite. Great breakfast. Nicky provided clear directions to the Tarka Trail path where we viewed the sweet scent of bluebells. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again."

"I had a really wonderful time staying here. The breakfast was very tasty, the garden was beautiful and I felt really looked after. I would definitely come back again! Only small issue was the parking. Luckily it is not busy so there is parking at the back but I can feel this might come to issue since it's a small car park and you dont want to park on the side of the road but tbh this is very minor and it's a bit nitpicking as I have really enjoyed my stay."
"This was a lovely choice to stay in North Devon near Bideford and particularly for me for visiting RHS Rosemoor. The property is very close to all sorts of attractions plus the coastal path.
The easy parking felt very safe to leave the car and my room was compact but very well appointed with a superb wet room, dressing gowns, kingsize bed, choice of pillows and a generous amount of tea/coffee etc.
The continental breakfast is delivered to your room and was beautiful and plentiful and varied...
"The proprietors have thought absolutely everything, full range of teas, two wine glasses complete with suitable snacks, comfortable beds, a spacious shower, lovely garden and the most extensive breakfast menu we've ever seen.
The only downside for us was that we got the last and smallest room. There was only room for one chair in the narrow space around the kingsized bed. In the end we bought a folding chair in from our car but still had to sit either side of the bed!
