"Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil."

"My wife and I enjoyed our week long stay. The house, grounds and pool area are stunning and the location along the sea was incredible. Magic sunsets every evening. We chose to walk everywhere for restaurants and groceries but renting a car would be something we would do next time. Thanks to Leah and Massimiliano at L’Abbraccio just down the hill for being perfect neighbours. "

"Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. "My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It even has a lime tree in the yard! Great to slice and add to a glass of water. The ocean is just a few minutes away by car and the market...

"Absolutely loved staying at this property. Sabrina, the host, was the most attentive host I’ve ever dealt with. She answered all my questions within minutes before and throughout the day. She also sent over dinner recommendations of establishments that were currently open (lunch-ish) and others that would be open at dinner time. I would 100% stay here again."
