"This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties."

"This place is super clean in lovely area, they left a little snak's box and drinks as well as fruits to welcome us! Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!"

"David was an exceptional host - kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was spotless, modern, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially during the heat wave. Despite being close to the airport, we barely noticed any plane noise. David also gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and even offered to make reservations for us. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!"

"After the buzz of Rome, we welcomed the chance to relax at Villa Iara. The owner and her rep were very accommodating and were flexible in allowing us to check in a bit early. Everything in the Villa was perfect including the well equipped kitchen. The Villa was also exceptionally clean! All told we had a very relaxing few days by the pool and exploring the old town of Cerveteri. Thanks!!"

"Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil."

"We had a big family group and we were very comfortable here. We walked to restaurants and beach and drove into Rome. Our host was very helpful with any questions and provided us with many options. For example my granddaughter had her birthday and we used Maurizio Guerrazzi an excellent chef our host recommended. We ate it all and the beautiful birthday cake. The house was very clean with several amenities like hot tub and sauna. We would stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It even has a lime tree in the yard! Great to slice and add to a glass of water. The ocean is just a few minutes away by car and the market...

"We had a really nice time in this vacation home. Spacious, bright, airy. Within walking distance of the sea. Nice village with nice restaurants, not touristy."

"Absolutely loved staying at this property. Sabrina, the host, was the most attentive host I’ve ever dealt with. She answered all my questions within minutes before and throughout the day. She also sent over dinner recommendations of establishments that were currently open (lunch-ish) and others that would be open at dinner time. I would 100% stay here again."
