"Great place for a family gathering, but you need a car to get there"

"We had a big family group and we were very comfortable here. We walked to restaurants and beach and drove into Rome. Our host was very helpful with any questions and provided us with many options. For example my granddaughter had her birthday and we used Maurizio Guerrazzi an excellent chef our host recommended. We ate it all and the beautiful birthday cake. The house was very clean with several amenities like hot tub and sauna. We would stay here again."

The host arrived at check-in time and gave us an introduction and tour, and made sure we were able to contact him. The house is as advertised in the photos and description. "+ nice balcony with a nice view - extremely loud host (dog, vacuming at 6am / 11pm) - worst location with no efficient public transport / almost impossible to go by car due to small roads - no real communication on the part of the host - almost no kitchen supplies - nothing in bathroom is working properly - very secluded —> no shops, restaurants, etc. nearby - no appropriate coffee machine as written in the description"
