"The secluded countryside location was idyllic, contemporary room with extremely comfortable bed. A bench outside the lodge would have, in my opinion, added to the experience. The staff here were fabulous and a special thanks goes to the guy behind the bar who helped me back to my room, a real gentleman. "The food in the pub was excellent. You can add buffet breakfast for 10GBP/day (which is actually a good price). You can walk into downtown Maidstone in about 20 minutes, but we went next to the motorway which isnt for the "faint of heart". Im sure the facilities were great (we had a club room) unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of order the days we stayed. I recommend you sign up for the rewards program and grab your free pint in the pub. "
