"It was my husband and mine 22nd wedding anniversary so we wanted to do a small getaway. When we arrived, everyone greeted us with smiles and very welcoming. Very clean and a wonderful atmosphere. We didn’t have a reservation to the 360 grille until 8:30, so we grabbed drinks and appetizers in the hotel restaurant “Swampers”. I will certainly be back to the Marriott Shoals. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and the stay was relaxing. I rarely looked at my phone and didn’t even take photos because we were just enjoying the amenities the Marriott had to offer and just enjoying ourselves. We will be back!"

"Everything was great and very clean. However 2nd day housekeeping never came in my room to change out towels, trash and coffee. When asked.for towels...we got them but they didnt want to give them up. So 2nd night wasnt as comfortable. But still very nice and breakfast was great."
