Beaver Lake Studio - King size bed and lake view

Summary:
Come escape at our peaceful Beaver Lake getaway. Enjoy a glass of wine or a beer while relaxing on the roof top private deck with a view of Beaver Lake or take advantage of the neighborhood private beach. This is the ultimate place to recharge your batteries after spending the day at Beaver lake. With a fully-equipped kitchen, it's perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a home-away-from home for work. Guests also have access to neighborhood beach and boat ramp.

The Space:
The studio consists of one large area that includes a King size bed, smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table and a desk in case you have to work. The place is very roomy especially when you spread out to the rooftop deck to enjoy a view of the lake.

An inflatable mattress can be made available with prior arrangements.

Includes access to the neighbor beach and boat ramp.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.
Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.

Guest Access:
The place is located next to a 3 bedroom house that is a separate Airbnb. It has its own private entrance and is above the detached garage

Guests also have access to neighborhood beach and boat ramp.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a dead end street with very little traffic right next to Beaver Lake. Very quiet neighborhood. Includes a private neighborhood beach and boat ramp.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 22 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.

Lovely One-Room Apartment with Private Sun Deck

We loved our stay, the room was well appointed and the private sun deck was a real treat, view was great. More spacious than what photos showed. Came with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Always a pleasure!

Our son and his wife live down the street from this house, and they just had our first grandbaby!! So we’ve been here to visit them several times, staying here at the studio apartment. Hector is very responsive, and the apartment itself is terrific. We highly recommend this house, but even more, we recommend the host, Hector!!

Private hideaway better than hotel!

Small, but perfect for 2. Better than a hotel any day! Plenty of room for couple kids to camp on floor, or deck, if allowed? Can see lake from deck with beach just across the road less than a block away. Deck was also nice for a quick tan after my morning coffee in super quiet neighborhood. Found two four-leaf clovers 🍀 in the driveway. Bed is soft & comfy. Full sized fridge & electric stove. Dishes, soap, coffee provided. Towels & shampoo also provided. We saw more deer than people in this well kept neighborhood.

Cozy and quiet

Small studio apartment style above the garage. Cozy, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Very close to the lake with a nice deck view. Wouldn't stay if the weather is very warm out. The air conditioning was not adequate.
