"Lovely hotel with a view of the castle - pool was lovely and a nice temperature for a hot summer day. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice."

"Spa services were not available as advertised, facility was clean but bathroom plumbing had a strange smell. Water in the pool was not thermal and we couldn’t even make reservations for spa services, tried three times and employees were not even available. In a great location and rooms have good space but don’t go with the expectation of using the “wellness” facilities for much. "
