"Spa services were not available as advertised, facility was clean but bathroom plumbing had a strange smell. Water in the pool was not thermal and we couldn’t even make reservations for spa services, tried three times and employees were not even available. In a great location and rooms have good space but don’t go with the expectation of using the “wellness” facilities for much. "

The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The restaurant serves some amazing home cooking. The staff are kind, helpful, and multilingual, and they make sure each guest is treated like a king.
