The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own outside entrance. The ground level provides access to the well-kept garden and private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The flat is modern and equipped with all sorts of comforts and amenities, thus leaving absolutely nothing to be desired. Aside from the elegant flair, the unique view is particularly enticing.

The region and its landscape is worth visiting all year round. Kilometres of clearly signposted cycling and hiking trails will take you through the attractive rural surroundings. For variety, the area offers you numerous sports and leisure facilities: A natural outdoor pool, summer toboggan run, gold panning, fishing, golf, to name just a few. Popular destinations: the town of Furth im Wald (30km), the Great Arber (80km), Hohe Bogen (45km), Monte Kaolino (60km). Day trips to the neighbouring Czech Republic (Plzeň, Prague) or to Nuremberg and Regensburg are highly recommendable as well.
