"Comfortable, cozy, coastal cottage vibes but most of all calm and quiet if you’re looking to reset. Small space yet plenty of room for 2 people. Great use of space with all the amenities of home including an air fryer for those leftovers. Bathroom was also very clean and included additional shower accessories in case you forgot yours. Shower had plenty of hot water. Helpful Hint: phone service in general is spotty in this area so screen shot your WiFi passwords and door codes prior to arriving. Also, your gps will take you to the house on the corner but the actual property is the next driveway past the stone driveway on the Acacia side. Easy to find just take it slow and pay attention. Beach is a short walk down the road. Beautiful views. Unfortunately, there was a lot of overcast on our weekend so we didn’t take advantage of the beach. You’re a short distance to the main road where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. There is only 1 tv in the living room and while some may see this as inconvenient, we loved it! Tammy has provided numerous board games, So we had a family game night before bedtime. The nearest vineyard is about 20 minutes away, Riverhead outlets about 25 minutes. Our host, Tammy, was very easy to communicate with. She even called me because, let’s be honest, talking is so much better than texting. Accommodating and readily available if/when we needed. Would stay again."
